Terms & Conditions — rp55v Platform Rules of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rp55v website accessible at https://rp55v.net, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any application or interface through which the rp55v services are delivered.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the rp55v Platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rp55v Platform.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, sportsbook, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, virtual sports, e-sports, and any other wagering products offered by rp55v via the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds or pending promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free spin value, or other incentive credited to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process rp55v is required to conduct in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering policies.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole currency of account on the rp55v Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by rp55v for operational and customer service purposes.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

To be eligible to register for and use an rp55v Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming activities are not expressly prohibited under any applicable law that binds you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or director of rp55v or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an rp55v Account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indonesian law.
• You are not included on any sanctions list, watch list, or prohibited-persons register maintained by any governmental or international body.

rp55v reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within seven (7) days of a request may result in suspension or closure of the Account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the rp55v Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

When registering for an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.
• Keep your Account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify rp55v immediately at support@rp55v.net if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• Update your Account information promptly if any of your details change.
• Ensure that all deposits to your Account are made from payment instruments (bank accounts, e-wallets) registered in your own name.

rp55v may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse to open an Account for any applicant or close an existing Account where the Company reasonably suspects that the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2 are not satisfied.

Account security is the Player's responsibility. rp55v will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the rp55v Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rp55v does not hold Player funds in any foreign currency.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000.
• rp55v supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must be made from an account, card, or e-wallet registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• rp55v does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which rp55v accepts no responsibility.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your rp55v Account within five (5) minutes. Delays may occur during high-traffic periods or due to third-party payment processing issues outside rp55v's control.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with rp55v's anti-money-laundering policy.
• All withdrawals are subject to standard KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed KYC must do so before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000 require full KYC documentation including a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of residential address.
• rp55v targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts during WIB business hours. Processing times may extend to up to twenty-four (24) hours during weekends, national public holidays, or scheduled maintenance periods.
• rp55v reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

rp55v offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. The following general terms apply to all rp55v bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each Player is entitled to claim any given promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring or unlimited.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been met.
• rp55v reserves the right to exclude certain games or bet types from contributing toward wagering requirements. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement but will not be voided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable terms.
• rp55v reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the amendment does not adversely affect the terms of a bonus that a Player has already claimed and begun to wager.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed specifically to clear bonus requirements, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

By placing any bet or wager on the rp55v Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rp55v does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where rp55v determines that a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• rp55v reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, provided such error is identified within a reasonable time. Voided bets will be refunded to the Player's Balance at the original stake amount.
• Sportsbook odds are updated in real time and reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement. rp55v cannot guarantee that odds displayed on the Platform are identical to those available at any other operator.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, for example during incidents of potential match interference or data feed outages. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated.
• For togel markets, winning numbers are determined by official results from the relevant lottery draw organisers. rp55v is not responsible for any delay in the publication of official results.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is as published by the respective game provider.
• rp55v's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet or wager is final and binding, subject to the formal complaints process set out in Clause 14.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp55v Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one rp55v Account (whether directly or through a third party).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or game on which a bet is placed through rp55v.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game where collusion could provide an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or unintended Platform behaviour to generate winnings — including so-called "glitch betting" or "patterned exploitation".
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity onto the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rp55v staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or any other technology specifically for the purpose of circumventing geo-restrictions or rp55v's security systems.

All content on the rp55v Platform — including but not limited to the rp55v brand name, logo, trademarks, domain name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and all text — is the exclusive intellectual property of rp55v or its duly licensed content suppliers, and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without rp55v's prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or odds from the Platform using automated means.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any rp55v software.
• Use the rp55v name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of rp55v intellectual property may give rise to a civil claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

rp55v collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at rp55v.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rp55v will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted third-party service providers who assist in the delivery of the rp55v Services (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.

rp55v may be required to disclose Player data to law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies, or courts of competent jurisdiction where required by law. In such cases, rp55v will comply fully with the applicable legal obligation.

rp55v is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes the following player-protection tools, all of which are accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic notifications that remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for a defined short period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without committing to full self-exclusion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• rp55v's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform and Services, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• rp55v shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if rp55v has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• rp55v does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond rp55v's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Services.
• rp55v shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure, from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms, or from any third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by rp55v's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

rp55v reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player has failed to satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to rp55v.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, rp55v will freeze all withdrawals and may place a hold on the Account Balance until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in full.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting rp55v support at support@rp55v.net. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within seven (7) business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp55v holds its international gaming licence.

rp55v operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and adheres to international standards for player fund segregation, game fairness, anti-money-laundering compliance, and responsible gaming. The Company does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gambling in Indonesia under Indonesian domestic law, and accepts no responsibility for any Player's decision to use the Platform in light of applicable local laws.

By registering for an Account, you confirm that you have independently assessed the legal position in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it.

Any dispute between the Player and rp55v shall first be referred to rp55v's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 14). If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution as determined by rp55v.

rp55v is committed to resolving Player concerns and complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. If you have a query, concern, or formal complaint regarding your Account or the Services, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact our 24/7 Indonesian-speaking support team via Live Chat, available in-app after login. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage within a few minutes.
2. Step 2 — Email: If your matter is not resolved via Live Chat to your satisfaction, submit a formal written complaint to support@rp55v.net. Include your Account username, a full description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. rp55v will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following Step 2, you may request that your complaint be escalated to rp55v's senior management team. A final decision will be issued within fourteen (14) business days of escalation.

rp55v's decisions issued through the formal complaints process are final and binding on both parties, subject only to the arbitration provision in Clause 13.

rp55v reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players by prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
